Ferneham Hall Brochure

Access For All

Fareham’s Ferneham Hall is committed to making a visit to the venue as accessible as possible for all its customers including those with disabilities. A copy of our Access for All (1773Kb) pdf icon leaflet is available.

Wheelchair iconThere is easy wheelchair access to all ground floor areas of the building and to the flat surface of the main auditorium. Large groups are welcome and special provision will be made for carers. To aid in stewarding it is important that full details of the type and size of wheelchair are given to the box office at the time of booking so that suitable provisions can be made in advance. Though there are no discounted tickets for wheelchair users, an accompanying carer will be charged half the full price.

Loop logoOur auditorium features an infra-red amplification system. Special receivers are required which are available from the box office at the start of the event. We supply either headset or “necklace” receivers depending on whether you already have a hearing aid or not. A £5 refundable deposit will be payable when collecting the receiver. A traditional “T” loop system is available at the box office and necklace. A guide on how to use our Amplification System (668Kb) pdf icon is available.

Ferneham Hall has disabled toilet facilities and disabled parking can be found in car parks adjacent to the building and the Osborn Road multi-storey car park.

We are always trying to make improvements to our services. Comments from customers particularly those with disabilities are always welcome. If you have any comments please complete an online form.
