Overseas tickets will be held for collection.Visit us at Ferneham Hall. We are open from 9.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Saturday.

Tickets will be posted unless the booking is less than 10 working days prior to a performance.
Send details of your booking requirements with an SAE to: Ferneham Hall, Osborn Road, Fareham, Hampshire PO16 7DB. Make cheques payable to Fareham Borough Council.
Seats are held for three days (except three days prior to a performance) but it is always better to book and pay for your seats if possible.
SNAP DC’s can ONLY be booked in advance. No reservations are permitted and tickets must be paid for at the time of booking.
After 3 days reserved tickets not paid for will be released.
Some shows may have discounted rates for Group Bookings. Please call the Box Office on 01329 231942 if you are booking for a large party.
Ferneham Hall regrets that it is unable to refund tickets once purchased. We will offer tickets for resale on the understanding that unsold seats take priority and a charge of £1.00 per resold ticket will be made. Exchanges are at the discretion of the Box Office and a charge of £1.25 per transaction will be made.
Children and babies
Some performances are not suitable for children. Please check when purchasing tickets. A ticket is essential from the age of one year. Babes in arms are permitted but must be removed from the auditorium if crying. Pushchairs and baby carriers are not permitted in the auditorium.
Access for all
There is easy wheelchair access to all ground floor areas and to the flat surface of the auditorium. Please advise the Box Office of the size and type of wheelchairs when booking. Find out more about our venues accessibility.
Food and drink
If you wish to take drinks from the bar into the auditorium, please ask bar staff for a plastic cup. Cups, glasses and glass bottles are not permitted into the auditorium. Please help staff by taking rubbish with you when you leave or use the many bins in the venue.
In order to avoid congestion and delayed service on busy show nights, there is a facility for pre-ordering interval drinks from bar staff. Parties of ten or more can also pre-order interval ice creams.
It is the nature of some events that audience members will stand/dance. Refunds will not be made on these occasions but we may be able to re-seat you. Please ask the Duty Manager or a member of our stewarding staff if the problem occurs.
