Widow Twankey wants a husband, evil Abanazar wants the magic lamp, Aladdin wants adventure and Wishee-Washee wants … a clean vest!  Will their wishes be granted by the Genie and will everything end happily ever after?

With the success of Snow White still ringing in their ears Jordan Productions and Fareham's Ferneham Hall are proud to announce their 2010 Christmas pantomime will be full of Eastern promise - Aladdin

Peter Duncan, one time daredevil Blue Peter presenter and former Chief Scout, will star as Aladdin’s evil uncle Abanazaar with CITV favourite Chris Edgerley as Wishee-Washee.  Peter has a TV, film and theatre career that spans four decades – including his own BBC series Duncan Dares and a role in Flash Gordon where he acted opposite Timothy Dalton – whilst Chris is watched by children every day on GMTV in the hit kids TV programme Hi-5.

This year Ferneham Hall is pleased to announce the return of that old pantomime tradition of principle boy as Lisa Mathieson takes the title role of Aladdin with Robert Rawles as everyone’s favourite panto dame, Widow Twankey, completing the family fun.

Can Aladdin defeat the Evil magician Abanazaar? Will Widow Twankey get her hands on the Emperors smalls?! Will any man be brave enough to book their seats in the front three rows?!! Find the answer to these and other life-enhancing questions at Ferneham Hall, Fareham this December.

Once again this festive feast of family entertainment will be jammed packed with comedy, fantastic musical numbers from the cast and a top class live band, dazzling sets and a magic carpet ride through a spectacular adventure that will stay with you long after Christmas has gone! Pure Genie –us!!!

Aladdin runs from Friday 10th December 2010 to Sunday 2nd January 2011.  Tickets are on sale from Ferneham Hall now by calling 01329 231942.
